Terms of use

Last updated 28 September 2026

These terms cover the exactsay.com website and, for people who have been invited, the ExactSay tool. They are an agreement between you and Productimiser Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15016956) whose registered office is 41 Petley Road, London W6 9SU ("we", "us"). Using either means you agree to them.

What ExactSay is

ExactSay listens to a video call you are on, and puts short cue cards on a second screen, drafted from notes you wrote. It is a tool to help you find your own facts faster. You decide what to say. Cards can be wrong, late or missing; check anything that matters against the source before you rely on it.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for complying with the laws on recording and transcribing conversations wherever you and the other party are, including telling people when those laws require it.
  • You are responsible for the contents of your call contexts and for having the right to use them.
  • Do not share your access key or invite link, and do not try to reach calls or call contexts that are not yours.

Early access

ExactSay is in private use. Access is by invitation, can be withdrawn at any time, and the service may change or stop without notice. There is no fee during early access and no service level.

Your data

How transcripts, cards, call contexts and the waitlist are handled is described in the privacy policy.

Liability

ExactSay is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including from an inaccurate or missing card.

Governing law

England and Wales.
