ExactSay is a real-time cue-card tool for video sales calls, provided by Productimiser Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15016956) whose registered office is 41 Petley Road, London W6 9SU. Productimiser Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here; "we" means Productimiser Ltd. Contact us at hello@exactsay.com. This page says what we store, where, and for how long.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the platform you picked and the time you signed up, in a file on the server that runs exactsay.com. We use it to invite you and for nothing else. Write to us to be removed.

Calls, when you use ExactSay

While a call is running, audio from the meeting tab and your microphone is streamed to Deepgram for transcription, and the resulting text, together with your call context, is sent to Anthropic to draft cue cards and the post-call summary. Nothing else receives your audio or text. No bot joins the meeting and nothing is drawn over it.

The transcript, every card and the summary are written as plain files to the server that runs ExactSay, one folder per call. They stay there until whoever runs the server deletes them. Call contexts are plain markdown files on the same server.

Payments and email

Payments are taken by Stripe; card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Account and invite emails are sent through Zoho ZeptoMail.

Sign-in

Signing in sets a signed cookie on your device for 30 days. With Google sign-in we receive your email address to check it against the server's allow-list; we do not read anything else from your Google account.

Visits to this website

The public pages (home, How it works, Platforms, Pricing, FAQ, and the company and legal pages) use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets Google's cookies on your device; the cookies page lists every cookie we use. Nothing about your calls, notes or account is sent to it, and it is not loaded on the pages you use during a call.

What we do not do

  • We do not use your audio, transcripts or call contexts to train models, and neither do Deepgram or Anthropic under the terms we use them on.
  • We do not sell or share personal data.
  • We do not run advertising trackers.

Consent

Laws on transcribing calls differ by country and by state. ExactSay does not announce itself to the other party. It is your responsibility to check what applies where you and your counterpart are and to tell people when the rules say you must.

Your rights

Ask us at hello@exactsay.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Where GDPR applies you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
