About ExactSay

ExactSay is a real-time AI call assistant that puts the answer to the question you were just asked on your phone, from your own facts, for founders, executives and sales teams on video calls.

Product

What ExactSay does

Answer cards

When the other side asks a question, raises an objection or shows a buying signal, a card lands on your phone in about 1.5 seconds: a headline, up to three short bullets, the fact it came from and a question to ask back. You glance, then answer in your own words.

Questions to ask

When they make a point instead of asking, the phone suggests up to three questions to ask next, in your voice: test a claim, get a number, surface a risk or move to your next step. Switch them off per call.

Call context

A few lines about you, your product, your numbers and your answers to objections, plus notes for each prospect. Cards only use what you wrote; if the answer isn't there, the card says so.

After the call

Every call keeps its transcript, every card the phone showed and a summary of questions, objections, commitments and next actions. Add the summary to the prospect's call context and the next call starts from it.

For teams

Hours are bought once and shared by the whole team. Call contexts can be shared, and an audit trail shows who changed what.

Works where you meet

Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, in the browser or the desktop apps. One page in Chrome on your laptop, one page on your phone. Nothing to install.

Differentiators

What makes ExactSay different

Nothing joins your meeting

Notetakers such as Otter.ai and Fireflies.ai join the call as a visible participant. ExactSay listens from your own laptop, so there is no bot in the participant list and nothing for the other side to notice.

On your phone, or on your screen

Cards show on your phone, or in a browser tab on your laptop or a second screen, whichever suits the call. On a phone they are on a separate device, so a screen share, recording or meeting bot never shows them, on every plan. Cluely shows its help in an overlay on the computer you present from, and charges $149.99 a month for the plan that hides it from screen sharing.

Your facts, or nothing

General AI assistants answer from whatever they know. ExactSay cards only use your call context: when the answer isn't there the card says NOT IN CONTEXT, and any figure that doesn't match your facts is flagged with a ⚠ so you know not to say it.

During the call, not after it

Conversation intelligence tools such as Gong are built to review calls once they are over. ExactSay helps while the question is still hanging, and still keeps the transcript and summary for afterwards.

Pay per hour, not per seat

Gong is sold on annual contracts with a platform fee and per-seat licences, and Cluely Pro is $19.99 per user per month. ExactSay is prepaid hours from $2 an hour, shared by the whole team, with no subscription, no seats and no contract. Every account starts with 4 free hours.

Team

The team behind ExactSay

ExactSay was built in London in 2026 by Productimiser Ltd, the company behind ExactCov. It started as a tool its founder built for his own sales and investor calls, and the founder still works directly with every customer.

Aleks Kudic, founder of ExactSay

Why it exists

Built for my own calls

“As a founder I’m on sales and investor calls all the time, and the hard questions always land mid-sentence. I needed the right number in front of me, in my own words, before the pause got awkward. So I built it for me.”

Aleks Kudic, Founder

Aleks co-founded ExactSum, which analyses bank statements with AI for lenders, and ExactCov, which reads credit agreements and monitors covenants for credit teams. Running both means his weeks are sales calls with banks and pitches to investors, which is where ExactSay started. Before that he led engineering at Meta and Barclays, and was CTO at Grove Capital and Funding Options. MBA from INSEAD, first-class B.Eng from UCL.

How ExactSay works with customers

Getting access

Join the waitlist with your work email. When it's your turn you get a link to create your account, with 4 free hours of calls and no card.

Setup in minutes

Open the Live call page in Chrome, open the phone page on your phone, and optionally write your call context. The whole setup is in a 43-second video, and there is a free practice call to try it first.

Who you talk to

Email hello@exactsay.com and a person answers, usually the founder. Security questions go to security@exactsay.com.

Speed

Cards land in about 1.5 seconds from the end of their sentence, typically, and under 3 seconds at the slow end. The summary is ready shortly after the call ends.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is ExactSay?

ExactSay is a real-time AI call assistant. While you are on a video call it puts the answer to the question you were just asked on your phone, drawn from your own notes, in about 1.5 seconds.

Who is ExactSay for?

Anyone who gets asked hard questions on video calls: founders on sales and investor calls, executives, sales teams, advisors, investors and hiring managers.

Can the other person tell I'm using it?

No. Nothing joins the meeting and nothing is drawn over it. The cards are on your phone, so screen sharing and recordings never show them.

What does ExactSay cost?

Every account starts with 4 free hours and no card. After that you buy hours when you need them, from $2 an hour, shared by your whole team, with no subscription.

What if the answer isn't in my notes?

The card says NOT IN CONTEXT rather than guessing, and any figure that doesn't match your facts is flagged so you know not to say it.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your audio, transcripts and call contexts are never used to train models. See Security and the privacy policy.
