Cookies

exactsay.com uses a small number of cookies. Two keep you signed in; the rest count visits to the public pages.
Needed to sign in
- exactsay_session: keeps you signed in. Signed, HttpOnly, lasts 30 days or until you log out.
- exactsay_oauth: only during Google sign-in, to check the reply came from the sign-in you started. Lasts 10 minutes.
The app also keeps a few preferences in your browser's local storage, such as your last choices on the call page. They never leave your device.
Analytics
- _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics, on the public pages only (home, How it works, Platforms, Pricing, FAQ and the legal pages). They count visits and show which pages people read. Up to two years.
Google Analytics is not loaded on the pages you use for calls, call contexts or billing, and nothing about your calls or account is sent to it.
Payments
When you buy hours you pay on a Stripe page, and Stripe sets its own cookies there. See Stripe's cookie policy.
Turning them off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the sign-in cookies means you can't sign in; blocking analytics changes nothing for you.
