What counts as an hour?

Time on real calls with ExactSay listening, measured by the audio streamed. Both sides of the call count once, not twice. Setup practice is free and doesn't count.

What if we run out mid-call?

A call that's running is never cut off. With auto top-up on, ExactSay buys your chosen pack by itself when you drop under 2 hours, so it never gets that far.

Do hours expire?

Each pack lasts 12 months from the day you buy it. The oldest hours are always used first.

How does it work for a team?

Everyone in the team shares one balance, plus their own 4 free hours, which are used first. The owner buys hours; the Billing page shows who used how much.

Can the other person tell I'm using it?

No. Cards appear on your phone, not on the laptop in the call, so screen sharing, recordings and meeting bots never show them.
